My lovely friend Sonja passed away Sunday.
The hospital had to make the decision to take off the life support as edema had gotten so bad that the 'lines' were not staying in. (whatever that means) Her son was unable to make the decision needed.
She was so full of life !!! Loved the beach. She was raised in Astoria, Oregon, the daughter of a Norwegian fisherman. She was very proud of her heritage. Had a funny sense of humor and for the most part never had a bad word to say about anyone. She was every one's friend, could walk up to complete strangers and talk to them for hours!!! Loved children and animals. And we loved her so!!! She will be so very missed.
