Got up at 6:30a!!! to drive to Portland and go to Ikea as needed some Bygel Rails to hang my punches for making cards... :-) .... Saw them on 'Stampin' Pretty' website, when she re-did her craft room in her new house in AZ. So am going to try them, they were very cheap $2.99 each, when i get them put up i will take a picture to show and tell, HA!
Went with my friend Carol G..we had a good time, just talked and drove, beautiful day, sunny, very little road construction, only the west side of Government Camp. Stopped at Shari's in Gresham for brunch, which was good, you know Shari's.....
Walked and walked at Ikea, which is what you do, right? So many things to see.
The dogs fared pretty well by themselves and were beside themselves when we returned, makes you feel all warm that they missed you so.
Take Care All!!!!

  2. You came over to our neck of the woods! We live about 15-20 minutes NE of there. Did you buy anything? If so, have fun assembling it. IKEA is always a fun store and counts as getting exercise, too. I went there one time just to have breakfast and I couldn't exit until I had walked through the whole store--they must plan it that way!

  4. I went to the west side of our Ikea a couple days ago. A female Ikea employee started a business which takes styrofoam and it's the only place around I know that takes it. They also take cardboard boxes now so it's a great place when cleaning out.
