Wow

Wow, this cpap thing is cool, i don't feel 'fuzzy' at all today.  Took me awhile to get accustomed to the thing and breathing, they gave a couple sleeping pills to relax me, and i just slept right thru and woke up about 8:30a fairly ready to go, more ready than i have been in quite some time.  Luci thought it was rather weird at times, when air escapes at the side of the mask making weird noises, but all in all it was a good night.  Can't tell u the difference in the bipap and cpap, except this is the one the doctor ordered based on the sleep study and it has to do with air, in and out. :)
Racked leaves and planted bulbs today.
Take Care and God Bless

  1. Glad it is working. I know a few people who use those and they say they really help.

  2. ah... glad to see you're doing so well. I loved your pictures from yesterday...

I can just 'see' Luci turning her head to try and figure the weird noises out.

My MIL has a Dachshund - Joppi - and he will lay down when you get close to him and turn his head for a good and proper scratch... Hahaaa... cute dogs BUT yappy! they should have named him Yappy not Joppi... ;)

raked leaves and planted bulbs... well? I walked for a little over an hour today! And I have no excuse for not doing so EVERY day... lazy assed ol woman

  3. I'm glad it's working well for you. It's funny how we get used to the way things are, and don't realize they can be lots better until we take steps like you did. Dogs are so funny, new things really intrigue them. :)

  4. Didn't take the girls long to get used to Jim's new contraption. Of course, Skittlez can sleep through anything and Scooter wakes up at any noise. Glad it helped. Give it a week and you just might be surprised at how good you fee.

  5. So glad you are getting some good sleep. Russ just got a new mask and is trying to be diligent in using it. He does feel better during the day.

  6. Loree, you have been an inspiration to me to begin using my CPAP machine again! I've been using it every night this week with a new full face mask. I find that working for me much better than the smaller mask that just covered my nose. I do feel better when I use it. Sure glad you are feeling better after using yours. Stick with it, it's worth it.
