Feeling Better

Things seem to be 'moving' today so i feel much better.  Thought i was going to have to call the doctor! Which is something i never do... Maybe this is a turning point.  Can now lie on either side too, which is sooo good. It is darn hard to lie/lay in one position ALL the time, my back was killing me. Doesn't this sound like a big complaint? It is not. Mixed one half the chocolate (Bariatric Advantage powdered mix), 1/4 vanilla & 1/4 banana that some one gave me and it is ok, all chocolate was a bit much, even for me :)
No longer feel as if my insides are sliding out my who-who every time i stand up!! which is a really good feeling. So all in all it is starting out a good day. Even going for a pedicure later :)
Life is good!!!!
Take Care and God Bless

  2. I'm happy to read that you are doing better - I think most days have their own little improvement, some more than others, but they all add up. Definitely understand about things moving and the systems working again - that makes you feel better, for sure! :)

  4. Hey there, Loree. We were away for a few days, and are now back so it's good to see you feeling OK. Would not be a good thing to lose insides out the who-who. You made me laugh! Take care!

  6. Has anyone suggested to you: sugar-free flavorings made by Watkins, available in the spice section of WalMart's grocery department? Suzy has collected 10 different flavors (including root beer, peanut butter, cherry, raspberry, etc.). She adds about a teaspoonful to her shakes to make them delicious. And Costco has inexpensive pre-mixed shakes in Chocolate and Vanilla; they can be chilled overnight in the fridge, no mixing and shaking; delicious. Today she gets to try black bean soup! The first day of her fourth week out of surgey!
