Crater Lake!!

Went to Crater Lake with my friend Tanya today. Perfect day! Cooler up there tho. It is the FIRST time i have been all the way around.  We usually go too early in the spring and the road is not open all the way around. Do you know they average 43 feet of snow a year!!!  Wow, i knew they got alot and it stays a long time, but did not know it was that much. ALOT!!!  It was windy too!
It was a beautiful drive/day.............

These pictures are not retouched, the water is THAT blue!!!
Take Care All.....

  2. I love Crater Lake and visited for the first time in 2009. Yes, there was still snow there in late July! That blue color of the lake is something to see--your picture captured it well.

  5. Wow! It has been years since we have seen Crater Lake. Yes, we know that water is the deep blue you show. Now you have reminded us of another place we have to revisit once we get back on the road. How will we ever do it all?
