Patti was raised in New York State, but lived many years in Ohio. She was and continues to be amazed by the diversity of the country in Oregon. From Southern Oregon, to where I live in Central Oregon and the desertness of it, then the drive to the Columbia River Gorge, Portland area with all the blooming azaleas and rhodies, and now the beach!!!! We DO live in an amazing State....
We have had a GREAT day, the weather has been near on perfect!!! Traffic was light... did not even stop to eat, had energy bars... saw sights dear to me and new to her... Mt Hood was hiding but Mt Baker was out in full glorious force....
Multnomah Falls were great, once again, not too many people there...Now we are at our little cabin by Twin Rocks. Can sit on the couch and see them right in front of us!!! What a great trip/day..... We travel well together......
