I love when this comes up.. and the blooms, surprisingly stay, like, forever :)
Mom really liked her Lenten rose, and I am glad that I still have a portion of the original plant, still blooming in my yard.... Hopefully forever now.....

It is a very pretty thing and sounds like sort of a family heirloom. That's really a nice thing to pass on, a living plant. Really nice pictures Loree.
