I ruined both my knees in yoga yesterday, the outward edge of the patella, popped in both of them! Not only did I do it once, but then had to do the other side too!! I did finish the class for the day tho, don't know if that was good or not. So today am sitting with ice packs on both knees and feeling sorry for myself.... does this mean I can't do yoga??? and I was doing so well, I thought... but apparently my knees are weak????
Have not been to the doctor... am sure there is nothing broken as I can still hobble about, just a little hard to move in certain ways and boy you learn what those are and DON'T do that :)
Am sure I will survive..... eventually...
