update

Brian said he thought about eating all of the stew, but then got to thinking that maybe I had not eaten yet!!  Thoughtful boy, huh??? He did eat 3/4 of the 2nd loaf of zucchini bread tho, how can a person DO that, they are not small loafs  :0
I DO have to have that 2nd cataract surgery.. eye has gotten so bad that really- glasses will not correct to any noticeable degree and am having problems with it, just can't see well, after all of these years, it is spreading, taking more room than originally.. BUT other than that, the eyes look really healthy, which is a good thing.  So will go for the consultation then wait until after the 25th Oct when we get back from our trip to the Northeast to see Fall leaves..  to schedule.
Am excited for the trip, was looking in the Atlas last night and found all of the places we will be staying and going thru, will see so much that have NOT seen before.... only for 8 days tho, so not too terribly of a long trip and going in a group, so will miss things I would probably have druthered to see, but it will all be different and joyous, exciting.
1st yoga Fall class tonight!!!  Fun!!
It was SUCH a beautiful Fall day today, crisp, frost for the 1st time on the car windows, leaves coming down gently, you can see pumpkins in peoples gardens.  Not a cloud in the sky.  the mountains just sticking out there in all their glory, no snow on them hardly, no NEW snow at all.. There is that smell of fallen, rotting leaves... well it is a good smell, I like it!  :)
Take Care All

  1. I didn't know you were coming east to see the fall color. Boy that sounds like fun. I'll be anxious to see who you are going with and where you stay. Envying you that yoga class. I sure miss mine. It's much harder for me to do on my own.

  2. Enjoy the yoga class. I really need to find one nearby because I just don't have the motivation to do it on my own.

  3. Brian burns a couple of thousand calories on the job everyday. It is no wonder he has a good appetite! Must have been a great stew and I have tasted your z bread. Delish as Rachael would say!
