A Passing

My niece's father-in-law passed away last night. He was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma in Nov 2014.  For the family I would not imagine things went fast, but it seems like it was..  I met him a handful of times and he was very gracious and kind:  At Sacia's wedding in 2011 at Big Sur, a birthday party, when he was moving them into their current home.  Another time when he had gotten them a needed micro-wave and had driven it seems like hours to deliver it!!! They lived way across LA from where Sacia and her husband, Eric, live in Yucaipa.
What in the world can you say or do in such circumstances?
I wish them peace and a measure of understanding, which is really hard to come by, but something I, personally strive for and hope for the future.  Unending LOVE from me and our family to theirs....

Take Care and God Bless

  2. It is always a difficult situation, what to say, what to do? Remind them they are loved. Sounds like he was a wonderful man.
