Broken!


I order some protein drinks from a Bariatric company every month and this month two of the bottles were broken!!! but the more I think about it, it was like there was no glass, like the drink was in the plastic casing that is wrapped around the glass, whatever.... it was a mess when I got it.  have been ordering this since last summer and this is the 1st time this has happened, they are really well packaged, delivered by UPS,,, sent the company as e-mail, and no response.....

Had a HUGE issue with Verizon too, on getting rid of an extra phone line/number that I was paying for, for awhile, every time I go in there, you talk to someone else, or call on the phone, another person, hopefully that is taken care of now.. crossed fingers and I may come out somewhat whole, who knows, as long as it gets over, done with and I can move one and next month not get yet another bill for something I no longer want!!!  They do seem to want to make thing right, and do love the width and spread of their service when I travel to far flung places and still have service!!!! (altho in the last year places have not been that far flung, haha)

  3. I've always had good customer service with Verizon when I have called them on the phone. Their agents are terrible on their 'chat' system and I live further away from an business to talk face to fact. In my case, they have always fixed things fast and credits were on my account within minutes of the conversation. Hope you have good luck getting your issue fixed for the final time.
