Shot. lids & mess

The light this morning was really beautiful!!
I have since chopped down all those grasses and that plant to the left. And got another bag of the last of the leaves.  Have 10 bags out there i have to take to the dump!.. so the yard is all ready for Winter. I do love the smell of hose fallen leaves, so organic....

Am in the throes of making xmas cards.... each step is seeming to take forever... AND i have a mess.  Seems i can't do anything productive without a HUGE mess..
Had all the Halloween stuff out and now i have Gratefull and Blessed  and Xmas...
The Snickers is for energy.....
AND is this the new look for Starbuck's???

Well... that is ok, i am for doing away with straws, but it is a change and i seem to increasingly have an issue with change.. AND this makes it oh so much easier for Luci to get into...

And i had a shingles shot... i don't plan on ever getting that, BUT just in case... the doc thought i should have it as it is not a happy thing to get. and.... it really hurt... the dlu shot was lots better and my arm is still sore, was afraid to look at the site this morning as it hurt so bad, was sure it would be swollen of bruised, BUT it is NOT and i am just being melodramatic.. AND it was expensive, even my part!!! but in the whole scheme of things i guess it was not as much as actually having the disease and trying to get rid of it, huh?

Take Care and God Bless

  1. We had the first shingles shot and it knocked both of us on our butts. We get our second one next month and I'm not looking forward to it. But better the shot than shingles.

  2. What a wonderful pile of leaves! I recycle all mine, making a big pile and water down to keep them from blowing about, which soon turn into the most rich soil ever seen. Keeps plastic bags out of our earth too. I love working in nature. As for those creative projects, messes make for saving steps and time. NOTHING like being creative, is there? I used an herbal handmade cream for neighbor's shingles, which stopped it in it's tracks. Shingles is a most suffering malady for sure.
