Blinds!!!!

 Got my new blinds, took about 5 weeks after ordering and having the people come to measure... And they fit perfect!!

It only took the guy an hour to install and pick up all the 'stuff' and even vacuumed the window sill and floor!!

It looks so different in here, will take some getting used to, BUT i LOVE them!! Soooo much better than those slats things... they had been installed in 1990!! When he took them down the little hooky things that held them in just broke off they were so brittle....

Just sit here and look at them and the light at the different times of the day.

got them in my bedroom too, now the front of the house looks better as from the outside the windows look the same. in the bedroom got the light blocking ones!!! and BOY it is DARK in there when they are completely closed. I have never had binds in there just curtains that were lined that a dear friend made for me!.  Was tired of the sun shinning in on me in the morning and waking me up, in the summer, WAY early, this way I can just sleep all day!!! Hahaha, they way things are going i am up at least twice during the night and don't think Luci would let me sleep much past 8am... Altho she has been sleeping deeper and later than she normally does

Boy!! just looked at that last picture, don't look too closely at the mess..... this was b4 i put the bed back together...

Now!!!! This is a real mess!  I have tried to be organizes but it always ends up like this!! Things on top of one another.... was making Halloween cards... it was fun, Stampin Up had some really cure Halloween sets this year and lovely paper and ribbon....

Oh.. the weather, it was really nice today, even got up to the 60's.... BUT the last couple of days had frost, and lost all geraniums and other leafy things.  Oddly the leaves are still on the those darn trees!!! Even had a flurry of snow one morning... but no sticking.
