i am reading the Evening and the Morning by Ken Follett. have read him forever and LOVE his books every since Eye of the Needle!!! A WW2 thriller.. this one is a prequeal (sp) to The Pillars of the Earth and World Without End, and starts in 997... the other two were about the building of a cathedral in England
These are the other pair and are my 'old lady' glasses, hahaha
did not do my hair this morning and am wearing shirts that Brian no longer wanted and was going to take to Goodwill, BUT they are warm and work great!!!
I am disgustingly thrilled with my window ledges and painted bathroom, that feels SO clean... Every time i look at them it gives me a little thrill of excitement... Geez, doesn't take much these days does it??? But it was only about $30 to effect such change in my life and i already had the paint left over from the living room.... had to get a new paint brush! I had cleaned the other one, but apparently NOT good enough as it was stiff and putting in vinegar like Pinterest said, did not work.... this time i have cleaned and cleaned and think i got most ALL of the paint out
I got nothing else.. life just goes on and i try to keep busy and do the things that have been piling up around here, which when i get to it, appears to be many and varied :)

Like the new glasses. I have to have cataract surgery so I'll be getting new ones also. I've been reading all the Reacher books by Lee Child. Our library has a great selection and i check them out from home on my phone. It does give you a great sense of accomplishment when you finish a project that turns out so good. Enjoy.
