Today I got myself together and did something. Drove to Perdido Key n to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores in Alabama! Don't know what it has been, in a funk or what, that did not want to go anywhere, maybe just cold. It was a a bright, sunny day..notice i did not mention any warmth. We were in the car most of the day, well from noon anyway. Alabama did not have any public access to the beaches, so that cut right down on any stopping. Just got to sight see only, no stopping/walking or close looking. Got to use my National Park Pass that I got in Hawaii to get into Gulf Shores N.P. Did stop at the "Shrimp Basket" and had my 1st shrimp Poboy. It was pretty darn good too! Got a bowl of gumbo for tonight. See how that is. When we returned to Navarre Beach the sun was setting so stopped to see that, got pics. Had a good day....
