Yes, I am in a funk... Having a real, difficult time with my breathing and aching upper shoulders, sure it is STILL the pleurisy and it is most distressing to me that it is still hanging on. So not much to write about and don't know when I will be on again.
Today- even tho I was not feeling well, I dressed up in my new dress and went to visit both my brothers. Got in some puppy time with brother Jerry. Luci very concerned.
Very windy today...
SIL just got back from north of Calgary, Canada... getting a load of pigs to market in Klamath Falls. It is a long/arduous trip of 72 hours round trip for her.
Sitting here after taking a pain pill with a heating pad on upper back, about as strenuous as it gets.. woe is me...
Take Care All & God Bless
Sure hope you feel better very soon.
ReplyDeleteOh dear. This sounds totally miserable. Not at all pleasant. Hope you get well soon.
ReplyDeleteBlessings
sure hope you start feeling better soon. Constant pain is so hard to deal with. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear you are feeling poorly, Loree. Feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear you are feeling poorly, Loree. Feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteWish I could help, Loree. Any fires close to you? The wind blew like crazy here in the valley today. More like March than like May.
ReplyDeleteI hope you will get back to normal real soon!!! (((hugs))))
ReplyDeleteWe sure hope you are feeling better real soon!!
ReplyDeleteWhen I had pleurisy as a young woman in my 20s, I remember it lasted a while. I don't remember what I did to recover. Do you think another trip or phone call to the doc is in order? Rest a lot and take it easy. I hope you are better very soon. :)
ReplyDeleteHave they given you any idea of how long to expect before it improves? This sounds just terrible. I'm glad to hear you are able to get out some but it's hard to want to do anything when you feel so badly.
ReplyDeleteI hope the tests show something that can be treated and cured quickly......you are not the kind of girl who needs or wants to be in a funk!
ReplyDeleteaw bummer, Loree ~ pigs to market? That's little toe jingle... this little piggy went to market and so forth... poor little pigs.
ReplyDeleteNot used to your being in a funk ... don't like it. sounds just awful ... pain in the upper or lower back is just awful stuff...
I bet Luci is good company to snuggle with ...
This has lasted a long time. Way back when I had suffered from it they used to have mustard plasters to use on the area. It worked great. Of course anything that works good is removed from the shelves never to be seen again.
ReplyDeleteFred has all the sleeping moves on your picture of last post.
Get well soon.
