No pics, no stops except at a rest stop just out of Portland to change clothes, and then in Keizer at Panera Bread for something to eat.... Traffic was horrendous, breaking over the pass there is smoke here in CO, light is diffused.. could barely see the mountains, then I think I saw them as I knew where they were, saw glimpses of fireweed, shining in the sunlight, and golden rod, sitting bright and upright along the roadside....
Got things in the house with the excitement of the doglets jumping and crying for attention. Watering the yard and plants, it needs my constant attention or things get ahead of me :) or behind and dried up!!
Glad you arrived home safely. Sorry bout all those responsibilities. They just seem to always be there of one sort or another no matter where you live - RV or stix and brix. Give those furry friends a couple of pets for me.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it so fun how much those fur kids just love us. We usually get greeted with love and then get a cold shoulder from Scooter until she decides to forgive us for leaving her.
