I have had wonderful cards, phone calls and good wishes for a happy day...
Mom always said that she went into the hospital it was Winter and when she came out, with me, (and she was in hospital the 'normal' time not months and months :) Spring had sprung, flowers blooming and birds singing.. she always referred to me with the Song of Solomon 2:11-12---
For lo , the Winter is past,
The rain is over and gone,
The flowers appear on the earth,
The time of singing has come.....
