My niece, JeriMay, brought me some flowers for my birthday!!  They are SO pretty....
Always LOVE flowers... as u can prob tell by looking at my blog!!!  Well that is just as i am...

Watched Extraction on Netflix with Chris Hemsworth... Really, really high body count and .....SPOILER....
he dies in the end, or presumably so, in the very, very end, it looks like he shows up at a swimming pool, i hope so, i hate, hate, hate it when the main guy meets his end..

what was that mobster movie where every. single. one. of the main characters died.... what an awful movie, and there is one where Brad Pitt gets garrotted in vivid detail.. that was really, really disturbing...

Do u get so involved with some characters that they forever remain in your mind as that person, no matter the movie they are in,  that was the way i felt about that awful lady in "Play Misty For Me" that went about killing everyone that Clint Eastwood was involved with? She was even in a TV series at one point and could only, ever remember her as that 1st awful lady i saw her as.....

Went for a ride today about town.  To Starbucks 1st.... BUT forgot they are now not open on week ends... So went to Dutch Bros... It is ok, just like Starbucks better.. long line and Luci got a treat, she was happy.

Then drove about, in different neighborhoods and into the country. Then became aware before i went too far as i had almost NO gas... so toddled on back home...

They are making us pump our own gas and am going to send Brian to do that. I can't really see where it is less contact to have everyone and their dog touching that pump, rather just one person... BUT maybe they can't get that one person to do it, or they are all sick... I KNOW, here in Oregon we are spoiled, but so, yes we are, that is just that...

Driving about there are alot of places that have just gotten away from people, with cars and junk/crap all over the place.  What do people just set something there for a minute then it stays there forever?  I mean some are just horrid, don't think i am that far yet, i have yardart stuff, but not old mattresses, ice coolers, lawnmowers, list goes on and on.
AND most times those houses sit right next to a 'perfectly' groomed one, with not a blade of grass out of place, and gravel all where it should be.  Bet that messy neighbor just drives them crazy....

And there were all kinds of blooming tulips and white trees, pink trees, trees just budding out leaves, different colored leaves. It is all so very beautiful!!

Brian has grand plans to tear up the front sidewalk and driveway, which is all cracked and buckled from the fir tree roots.... But i am just not sold on it yet... Seems like a lot of work and will it get done in a timely manner..?? and i will have to park on the street? Really?  He has done paver work before, at high end homes and a couple of resorts, so he knows what he is doing, but still, seems like alot... and for our little unassuming house....

I made some BUTTER SWIM biscuits, recipe on Pinterest, and boy were they good.  the dough did not exactly look like the picture, was more soupy, but it turned out like it was supposed to.... best when hot/warm tho.... and Brian says we need to try them with sausage gravy!!!

AND look what my great-niece Rylie made for me!!!! I was so shocked and surprised, i mean that is ME and LUCI!!!!!
My white hair, glasses, fav color on my shirt and flowers... and LOOK at Luci!!!! U can tell it is a weenie, long ears and body and little legs....
Just think she got me perfectly!!!!
