Arrival

 I am here... took until 8p to travel from Tonopah to Tuscon. FOREVER... got so very tired... Got thry Las Vegas really well i felt, saw the Stratosphere is all, because it sticks up so  high, was very busy watching the traffic, lanes, signs  and did not make wrong turn at all.. In Wickenberg they are redoing the whole town street system, it seems, to roundabouts and traffic really backed up and made a wrong turn, got on 60 west not east and had to do some backtracking, BUT did not keep on with the error too long so did not waste too much time there.  It was on Phoenix that shit hit the fan.. As traffic was backed up for ever, and it was also 5p and there was that too... Friends have a lovely place.. right by the foot of the Catalinas Mtns.. and view is spectacular... kind of overcast today so there are clouds at the top.  BUT no rain

Oh.... and in the Wickenberg area there was a horrid rain storm, black clouds, pouring rain, so lots of splash up from the freight trucks.. which was just lovely...

So this morning off to visit with my dear friend...

I am safe n sound, but rather dread getting back home now.. thinking of taking the long way, i know more days in motels, and going by the Grand Canyon, I have only seen that once!!!!
