Bought a hat!!! I don't normally wear hats... but when you put something on and it just fits and makes you feel good, well, what is one to do!!! It was made in San Francisco. Found it at the Co-op Antique store here in Redmond. Went in there as I like to look at the things... some my Grandma used to have, wish we had some of that 'stuff' now :) Had seen a Zane Grey book in there a couple months ago and decided that I could not live without it. '30,000 On The Hoof', about the 1st World War and ranchers in Montana. It is a good book, want to read it again. It is a goofy title, but a good read and love those old Zane Grey books...
But the hat was there!!!
Goes well with my jacket, don't 'ya think??
Take Care & God Bless All
It's a beautiful hat. I love that color of red. Going to join the Red Hat ladies?
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts exactly... are you now a Red Hat Lady? Wear it with style... but honestly, your smile makes it complete!!!
ReplyDeleteZane grey, always a good read. That hat is nice, too!
ReplyDeleteI love the hat, and envy any woman who can wear one. I look like the world's biggest dork in any kind of hat.
ReplyDeleteI just love hats. Love to wear them and really don't have anywhere to wear them now. The problem is my hair is so thick that hats make my head hot. Love yours!!
ReplyDeleteGoofball : )
ReplyDeleteI agree the hat finishes off your outfit perfectly. Now where can I find a red hat. *smiles*
ReplyDeleteBlessings
I was also thinking you had joined the Red Hat brigade:)
ReplyDeleteI thought the same thing as many other commenters: It looks beautiful on you, and now you can be a Red Hat Lady. It would be perfect. Especially with the purple outfit. You know, "One day I will wear purple..."
ReplyDeleteFavorite color of red! and lovely with that fuchsia... or whatever color it is... LOVE it
