Happy Thanksgiving

I was 'in charge' of the turkey.. and it turned out pretty good!! (If i do say so myself) HA!

It rested and everything and was juicy, not dry... we caught it just as the little button popped!! and cooked it in a bag.. as i have always done.  Saves on clean up too...

Then, guess?? It snowed in Yucaipa.. really, you go to southern Calif for it to be nice,NOT snow.  It was big sloppy stuff and melted fast, but still.  And I-5 at the grapevine was closed, both ways... i need to leave for home on sunday!!! it, the weather, better shape up and be as it should be, is all i have to say... people coming to dinner, even got caught in traffic... are people still going places?  They should already be where they are going to go...
