clock store

Cute, huh? My LulaRoe person sent it with my last order...

Days seem longer in a way.... brian works from about midnight or 2am to about 10am then in bed by 4p, so i am alone most of the time.. fix dinner at noon.... snack in the eves..

the weather has been fair to middling, LOTS of snow on the mountains, saw Mt Jefferson today and all brilliant white!! down here some sprinkles, wind, cold and damp.. some frost in the mornings and some icy roads, BUT i am not up that early, by the time i get up and about it has all melted off and there is just cinders on the road to help with the ice i guess.

yesterday we went to Sisters to pick up the clock that i had cleaned.. a Seth Thomas steeple clock, they said.. has a nice bong to it.  I wanted to be there at noon so Brian could hear all of the clocks and cuckcoos going off, it is quite something!!! Our Holiday outing!

THIS clock is German made, French Rococco, and was owned by Victoria who married Frederick the II or something, she was the 1st child or Queen Victoria.  It is many feet taller than i am and makes quite the noise!!

They had the BIGGEST cat in there i had EVER seen, orange kitty and must have weighed 50# i swear, huge.... he (?) rolled over on his back for me to scratch his belly, which i did for a short time, b4 he decided to curl around my arm and claws out, i escaped just in time  :)

The clock is keeping great time (it had been loosing 5 min a day, but she showed me how to fix that for in the future)

Isn't this the cutest ever??? We have been getting many hours of rest and sleep.... storing up for something.... She is quite happy for me to just sit and hold her... i can read, but she does not want me moving about too much... and getting up and down is a no-no

Hope all is well with all of you, it is with us

Take Care and God Bless

Have a Blessed Holiday Season
