made pozole.. turned out good and the radishes were just the crunch it needed. ate that for a week!!! but the pork you could cut with a fork!
Everything is done.. sewn, wrapped and some even delivered.. am not making 'goodies' had made two loafs of xmas bread and it was yukky... don't know, just don't have the mojo for baking right now.
Having a time with my hip, had an xray and everything right where it is supposed to be and no infection or weird things, so prob because i don't do anything, and it is stiff from inaction??? hard to tell, but hurts to do anything, walk roll over, stand up, sit down... painful...
AND on Sundays, Brian gets it in his head to cook something, made fried potatoes, then discovered we had only ONE egg, and he gave it to me... because he said, he would eat LOTS and i would not, so i needed the egg... sweet, huh?
SO.... that is my life, not much going on... watching lots of TV , reading some into Diana Galbadon "Go Tell The Bees That I Am Gone" almost 900 pages... wonder if i will live that long to finish it... well, that is a bit morose.. ah well... it is slow going, good, but slow going. trying to remember all the characters and how they relate to one another. this is her 18th book?? or thereabouts, about the same people.... so there is LOTS of history and i have no ideas that i will remember all.... :)
