Falling

 

Today is the day this tree decided to loose ALL its leaves at once! It is a mulberry.. and a horrid tree, has great awful, twisty roots (had to redo the driveway cement) the tiny, tiny  berries fall and stain the cement, plus the birds eat them and poop purple over everything they come in contact with.. and it does not get its leaves until way late in the spring, leaving you to think the darn thing died this year... and it never does.. have cut limbs off it too, over the years and nothing seems to effect it... never gets any water.   and it is just not pretty looking.  I leave all of the leaves and they blow away.. do not pick up these.. yes, they go into all the neighbors yards.  hee-hee guy at the end of the cul-de-sac said they make good jam (the berries)  told him to have t it.. i swear you could pick the whole darn tree of the berries and only have a pint, maybe.. and it is just barely on my property... i keep weeds from growing around the bottom and have a ton of rocks shored up at the base.
